He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Elsworth and Mary Pauline Kendle (Kuhn); and his siblings, John (Cora Kendle), Albert (Beverly Kendle), David Franklin Kendle, Randy Kendle and Holly Ann Rego.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Mae Black (late John) of Chambersburg, Mary Janet Spalding (late Charles) of Greencastle, Jean Mummert (Jack) of Maugansville, MD, Peggy Helfrick (late John) of Greencastle, Ronald Kendle (Daris) of Cearfoss, MD, Robert Kendle (Carolyn) of Greencastle, Thomas Kendle (late Sarah) of Greencastle, Garry Kendle (Vickie), Larry Kendle (Mary Lou) and Daryle James Kendle (Cindy) of Chambersburg. He is also survived by 43 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be given to the Meals on Wheels Program of Franklin County, 43 W. Washington St. Chambersburg, PA 17201.
