It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Franklin Nelson Jr. of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Nelson, Sr. and Ida Mae Ford Nelson; and his wife Sharon Nelson. He is survived by: his stepfather George Benedum; his sons, Jeff Smith (Cheryl) of Greencastle, PA, Mike Nelson (Debra) of Greencastle, PA, Steve Nelson (Sherrie) of Greencastle, PA and Paul Nelson (Angie) of Chambersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Courtney Smith, Travis Smith (Casie), Michaela Nelson, Sarah Miranda, Amber Nelson and Cory Nelson (Katie); and his stepsister Carla. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
