He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Barto; his brother William Barto; his daughter Brianna Barto; and his nephew Matthew Moats. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Barto; his sons, Joshua Orr (Tori) and Michael Orr (Ashley); his granddaughter Nevaeh of Hagerstown; his siblings, Franklin Barto (Tammy), Joan Daley (Jason) and Anna Horst (Tracey); his sister-in-law Juanita Barto; his nieces and nephews, Tammy Wallace (Walter), Jeremy Barto (Ashley), Jessica Hissong (Jeremy), Danielle Barto, Ryan Barto (Morgan), Justin Crist, Jonathon Crist and Andrew Moats; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samual Miller (Autumn Miller), David Barto, Ella, Izaak Hissong, Avery Rhoades and Tanner Barto.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kelso Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd. (6492 Lincoln Way W, St Thomas, PA 17252). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
