He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herbert and Vivian Fisher (Keefer). He is survived by: his children, Candace Eckenrode (Richard) of Chambersburg and Randy E. Fisher (Lorie) of Greencastle; his grandchildren, Monica Eckenrode, Kristy Fisher, Baltimore, MD, Jenny Ensminger and Katie Fisher; and his sisters, Betsy Creager of Chambersburg and Vivian Fisher of Chambersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
