She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Martin and Elsie Viola Martin (Witmer); her son William A. Gearhart; and her siblings, Margaret Palmer, Hazel R. Angle, Junior Martin, George Martin and LeRoy Martin.
She is survived by: her former spouse Varden W. Gearhart; her husband Franklin Theodore "Frank" Bingaman; her children, Varden W. Gearhart, Jr. (Linda) of Greencastle, Linda Fritz (Carl) of Marion, PA, Jeffrey Gearhart (Barb) of Mercersburg, PA and Debbie A. Smith (Brian) of Waynesboro; and her stepchildren, Patricia D. Smith, Frank L. Bingaman, David L. Bingaman, Dennis L. Bingaman, Theodore R. Bingaman, Pamela J. Kauffman, Camilla R. Misner and Cynthia M. Shockey. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a number of great-great-grandchildren and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
