She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Rowe and Hazel Rowe (Deardorf); her sons, Richard Shatzer and Earl Shatzer; and her siblings, Caroline Rowe, Helen Bowers and Kenneth "Buck" Rowe.

She is survived by: her children, Florene Todd (James) of Gambrills, MD, William Shatzer (Mitsie) of Greencastle, PA, Wilbur Shatzer (Karen Wilson) of Greencastle, PA, Nancy Martin of Greencastle, PA, George Shatzer (Chris) of Greencastle, PA, Charles "Eric" Shatzer (Pamela) of Greencastle, PA and Annett Peer (Patrick) of Greencastle, PA; and her siblings, Barb Mowen of Greencastle, Shirley McLucas of Greencastle and Janet Straley of Greencastle. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren.
