He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Patrick and Emma Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Carolle Goetz Patrick; his niece Kim Goetz; his great-nephews, Nicholas, Matthew and Andrew Potter; and his pet Sheba. He is also survived by married January 17, 1969; two brothers.
