He was predeceased by: his son Donald J. Oberholzer, Jr.; his grandson Kevin L. Baer; his siblings, Charles L. Oberholzer and Byron L. Oberholzer; and his children-in-law, Daryl E. Danzberger and Karen Helfrick Oberholzer.
He is survived by: his spouse Bernice A. Oberholzer June (Fahrney); his children, Ray L. Oberholzer (Leitersburg, MD), Lois J. Baer (Greencastle), David L. Oberholzer (Greencastle), Frances A. Strite (Wilmer), Helen M. Mata (Chambersburg) and Allen E. Oberholzer (Greencastle); his daughter-in-law Diane Armstrong (Dave); and his siblings-in-law, Alice M. Hamsher and Arben Harbaugh of Cascade, MD. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
