He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Allen and Hazel Pearl Bingaman (Carbaugh). He is survived by: his wife Marlene R. Bingaman (Kline); his children, Donald Bingaman Jr. (Deborah) of Greencastle, Ray Allen Bingaman (Sherry) of Greencastle, Leon E. Bingaman Sr. of Greencastle and Linda DeShong (Donald) of Breezewood, PA; and his sisters, Betty Rock of Mercersburg, PA and Flo Walck of Chambersburg, PA.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren.
