The passing of Delores A. Starliper of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 1, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry M. Helm and Bertha W. Keller Helm; her husband Raymond S. Starliper (Buddy); and her sisters, Charlotte Kugler and Carolyn Wishard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Fratrick (late Bill) of Greencastle, PA and Denise Helman (Steve) of Greencastle, PA; her grandchildren, Chelsey Timmons (Matt) of Greencastle, PA, Eric Fratrick (Hanna) of Greencastle, PA, Erin Helman (Ashton) of Spring Run, PA and Reid Helman of Greencastle, PA; and her great grandchildren, Caiden, Jase and Colt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harold M. Zimmerman & Son Funeral Home Inc. (45 S Carlisle St, Greencastle, PA 17225). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Mercy House, 730 Norland Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201 or to Franklin Hospice, 209 Grant St., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
