She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Starliper and Ellen Barnes Starliper; her husband Richard Elliott; her son Bobbie Elliott; and her siblings, Glen Starliper, Raymond "Buddy" Starliper, Patt Bupp and Annie Suders.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Elliott (Debra) of Greencastle; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Elliott of The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Brandon Elliott (Chastity) of Chambersburg, Jessica Souviron (Jonathan) of Summerfield, FL, Ryan Sheppard (Jade) of Castleberry, FL, Brandi Lewis (Sam) and Jennifer Shelton (Brett) of St. Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Jason, Gideon, Watson, Zachary, Miranda, Issac, Amaya, Jordan and Xander.
