She is survived by: her children, Darrell L. Bonebrake (Patricia "Trish") of Ellicott City, David E. Bonebrake of Hagerstown, Glenn A. Bonebrake of Greencastle, Brenda M. Bonebrake (Randy Taylor, Sr.) of Greencastle and Steven W. Bonebrake of Greencastle; her siblings, Verna Phenicie, Geraldine Zimmerman, Carol Mellott, John Dorty, Jr. and Hazel Nelson; her granddaughters, Colleen Bonebrake (Megan Bonebrake) of Greencastle and W. Va; her stepgranddaughter Autumn Gossard; her great grandchild Kash Swaim; her stepgreat-grandsons, Wyatt and Keegan; and her granddaughter Megan.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Berniece's name to the Antietam Humane Society.
