He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Miller and Betty F. Miller. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Gaze (Jim), Nancy Burross (Jerry) and Janet Miller; and his pets, Velvet and Benji. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
