He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Zelen; his daughters, Kim Zelen, Janice George (Ronald) of Churchill and Lisa Zelen (Michael) of Scenery Hill; his stepdaughter Christian O'Shea (Timothy) of Sewickley; his son John C. Zelen (Nicole) of Edgewood; and his siblings, Carolyn Desko (Donald) of Wilkins Twp and Robert R. Kerlik (Paula) of Greenville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
