He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Caldwell; his daughter Cynthia Evans (John); his parents, Harry Caldwell and Mary Catherine Caldwell (Davis); and his siblings, Michael and Candice.

He is survived by: his children, David Caldwell, Kathleen Hoover, Linda Diskin (Jeffrey), Laura Walsh (Daniel) and Patricia Diskin (James); and his siblings, Carol Dawes (late Edward) and Preston Caldwell. He is also survived by many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews.
