With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleopha M. Perhach (Green Tree, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 12, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Perhach; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her children, Susan M. Mount (Ed), Donna J. Nardozi, Karen Lynn Swengross (Eddie), John R. Perhach (Lori) and James Andrew Perhach; and her siblings, John Kuhn (Carol), Margie Stevens and Henry Kuhn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
