He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Kinavey); his daughters, Jennifer Addleman and Jill Ives (Eric); his grandsons, Justin and Tyler Ives; his sister Nancy Baker (Jim); and his brother-in-law Mark Kinavey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
