He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Mary Lou Piaggesi DiSimo; his significant other Anna Lisiecki; his parents, Constantine DiSimo and Susan Pardini DiSimo; his children, Cynthia Livingood (Gerald), Rose Pencosky (Raymond), Carl DiSimo and Dino DiSimo (Judith); his siblings, Roland DiSimo (Patricia), Jean Carmack (Raymond), Constantine "Junior" DiSimo (Dolores) and Diana Dzeba (Steve); and his grandchildren, Nicole Cavanaugh (Brian), Tara Papa (Nick), Matthew Livingood (Laura), Michelle Steen (Ryan), Christine Tadaki (Joey) and Casey DiSimo.
