With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Randolph of Green Tree, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on May 16, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dewitt Randolph and Betty Ann Randolph (McElhattan). He is survived by: his brother Douglas Dewitt Randolph (Ellen) of Williamsburg, VA; his stepmother Susan Cella Randolph; his stepsisters, Marylee Cella, Elizabeth Cella Bapat (Vivek) and Andree Cella Sherman (Brian); and his wife Susan.
