He was predeceased by: his son Robert Jr. Haley; his parents, Walter Haley and Erma Haley; his brother James Haley; and his parents-in-law, William and Julia Kahler.

He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, David (Carolyn), Scott (Karen), Charles (Tonya) and Therisia (Martin); his siblings, Carl, Donald and Janet; and his great grandchild Brady. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

Memorial Donations in Bob's memory may be made to Frist United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 36, Windsor, NY 13865 towards the "Christmas Shoe Boxes".
