She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her parents, Donald Franks and Helen Franks; her siblings, Joseph, Jack, Bob, Tom Franks and Edna Miller; and her grandchildren, Brock, Brett, Ethan and Elexis.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Decker (Susie), Joni Estabrook (Randy), Curt Decker (Lee), Julie Bennett (Joe), Tim Decker (Connie), Michael Decker (Trish), Mary Zurn (David), Bill Decker (Lisa) and Lisa Sarrantonio (Joe). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
