With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Cizike (Great Bend, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 21, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Veronica Penyak (Kalinich) and Peter Penyak; and her siblings, Joseph and Irene. She is survived by: her spouse Andrew Cizike; her children, Andrew Cizike of Great Bend, PA and Cynthia Kulikauskas of Longmont, CO; her grandchildren, Philip of Carrboro, NC., Sarah Kulikauskas of Carrboro, NC., Justin of Carrboro, NC. and Molly Kulikauskas of Carrboro, NC.; and also Joe Kulikauskas of Longmont, CO.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John Evangelist Church, 15 East Church St. Susquehanna, PA.
