She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald McGinness and Joy McGinness. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Starks; her sons, Jeffrey Wooster (Jessica), Brett Wooster (Danielle), Ryan Wooster (Bethany) and Stephen Starks (Kellie); her grandchildren, Victoria, Arielle, Jeff Jr., Hailey, Isaiah, Ivy, Lilah, Lucus and Tanner; and her siblings, Wanda Phillips (Mike), Bev Spencer (Robert), Holly McGinness, Donald McGinness (Cathy) and Darrel McGinness. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
