He was predeceased by: his sister Alberta Wise. He is survived by: his children, Adam Hamilton (Kim) of Fairmont and Amy Beaver (Devon) of South Park; his grandchildren, Daynon Foster, Kolbie, Kyra, Ira Hamilton and Rowan Beaver; his wife Linda L. Miller; and his siblings, Carl, Donald, Kenneth, Lynn Hamilton, Lena Chaney, Evelyn Price and Garnet Smouse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
