He was predeceased by: his parents, Layton Crouse and Ivy Victoria Crouse (Breese); and his brothers, Ernest and Roy Crouse. He is survived by: his wife Edith Eleanor Wright; his children, Allan H. Crouse of Graysville, Ellen M. Sams (Mark) of Washington, Steve Crouse (Jani Coster) of Maidsville, WV. and Lew Crouse (Debbie) of Sycamore; his grandchildren, Ruth Grooms, Natalie Carlson, Trent Carlson (Jenna), Darren Crouse (Natalie), Travis Crouse (Amy), Zoe Crouse, Tyler Sams (Marsha Kao), Chelsea Headley (Heath) and Anna Heneghan (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Layton Wright, Sophie Crouse, Levi Crouse, Harper Carlson, Henley Carlson, Arielle Crouse, Caleb Crouse, Mallory Crouse and Caleb Headley.
