He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred T. Bell, Sr. and Elizabeth Irene Stoneking Bell; his wife Penny Jean Amos; his children, Elizabeth Rose Bell and William Wesley Bell; his sisters, Lisa Burns (Ray) of Wind Ridge and Ilene Richezza; his close friend Gary Campbell of Carmichaels; his great-nephew Tavion Terry; his great-niece Alexis Gray; and his grandparents, William, Frances Stoneking, James and Riffle Bell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
