She is survived by: her father-in-law Clyde Sheperd Howard; and her children, Kathy Hogge of Gratz, PA, William Howard (Carol) of Virginia Beach, Robert Howard (Sharon) of Newport News, Donald Howard of Gratz, PA and Daniel Howard (Julie) of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
