She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Carlson and Ruth M. Campbell Carlson; her former husband Daniel Ohler; and her sisters, Leila Zuzik and Nancy Beaufort.
She is survived by: her husband Edward G. Halferty; her children, Daniel Ohler (Michelle) of Honeybrook, David Ohler (Jana) of Derry, Amanda Stough (Melissa Critchlow) of Greensburg and Ed's; her stepchildren, Edward Halferty (Shamma Shakila Rahman) of San Francisco, Calif, Jeannie Pace (Sean) of Macungie and Anna Halferty of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Matthew, Mariah Ohler, Lenka, Devin Ohler, Savannah Watkoski, Noah Stough, Sean and Addison Critchlow; her brother John Carlson (Lori) of Greensburg; and her brother-in-law James Zuzik of Hannastown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
