She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Chreptak and Catherine Chreptak (Vischonski); her husband Gerald Stewart Hawthorne; her former husband Floyd Ward; and her siblings, Adam, John, Michael, Rose and Fanny.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Martin (Ward), Daniel Ward, Dawn Birdsall (Ward), Leon Ward, David Ward, James Ward, Gary Ward, Linda Adams (Ward), Andrew Ward and Kris Ward; her stepsons, Hugh, Jay and Brian; and her siblings, Catherine, Steve, Mary, Anne, Pauline, Patty, Paul and Susan. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
