It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Dearment (Granville, Pennsylvania), born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 8, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Silks and Blanche M. Silks (Groce); her husband Arthur D. DeArment Sr.; and her children, Linda DeArment, Larry DeArment and Arthur "Dave" DeArment Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Jean Davis of Lewistown, Gary DeArment (Jan) of Lewistown, Tina Brought of Lewistown, Robert DeArment of Lewistown, Brenda Vega of North Carolina, Kim Collanbine of Lewistown, Tammy Shoenfelt (Steve) of Lewistown and Holly Schaeffer of Lewistown; and her brother Joseph Silks of Lewistown. She is also survived by 42 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren.
