He is survived by: his pet Shine; his wife Faye; his children, Robert Pepper (Dawn), Jodi Pepper (Rene Matthews) and Josh Pepper (Dawn); his grandchildren, Ashley Leffler (Billy), Hunter Pepper, Charlin Pepper (Jordan Andrus), Madeline Pepper, Cy Pepper, Tyra Pepper-Kosakevitch, Jacob Pepper-Kosakevitch, Alisen Pepper, Rylee Clark (Jared), DaLanie Pepper, Gage Pepper and Emma Pepper; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Grayson, Garret, Walker, Ella and Clark; his sister Betty Benninger; his mother-in-law Charlotte Tillotson; his sisters-in-law, Kay Pepper and Holly Wandell; his brother Jim Tillotson (Sue); and also Bill Pepper (Patti).
