He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Phillippy and Dorothy Phillippy (Bender); and his siblings, Dennis Phillippy, Gary Phillippy and Beverly Phillippy.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Phillippy (Pinko); his sons, Thomas Phillippy, Jr. and David Phillippy; his grandchildren, Skylynn and Brayden; and his pets, Cooper, Lola, Sarge, Molly and Gunner.
