With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby Jean Herr of Grantville, Pennsylvania, born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Litz and Madeline Litz (Smith). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Herr, Karen Herr of Harrisburg, Tracy Herr of Harrisburg and Wesley Herr (Sandra) of Grantville. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
