She was predeceased by: her parents, George Potts and Grace Potts (Fisher); her husband Paul B. Wert; and her siblings, Betty Lentz, Louise Potts, George "Bud" Potts and Robert Potts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Perkins (David) of Harrisburg, Paula Burns (Paul) of Tennessee, Kim Windover (Tony) of New York and Kathy Lauger (Gordon) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Tabitha Kocsis (Bryan), Tracy Frias (Alexis), Brandi Perkins, Paul Windover, Amanda Southard (Dale), Jessica Burns, Andrew Lauger (Aleesha), Mark Windover (Tam), Chris Burns and Aaron Lauger (Alyse); her great grandchildren, Braydon Kocsis, Josh Southard, Kallan Kocsis, Caleb Southard, Leah Frias, Ben Lauger, Levi Frias, Luke Lauger, Lynn Frias and Hazel Windover; and her sister Theda Gleixner of Dillsburg. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
