He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Rhine and Marguerite B. Rhine (Pankake). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Rhine (Haines); his children, Camela S. James of Camp Hill and Bradley N. Rhine of Hershey; his brothers, John H. Rhine, Dean C. Rhine (Gayla) and Bruce N. Rhine (April); and his grandchildren, Kristin James and Derek James. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
