He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Waller and Cornelia Hughes Barrett; his brothers, Waller Jr. and William; and his granddaughter Ashley Hope.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Lenhert Barrett; his siblings, Kate Rennie of Williamsburg, VA, Richard Barrett of Boundbrook and John Barrett of Newport; his children, Linda Kate Barrett Taylor (Joseph) of Harrisburg, Robert Barrett, Jr. (Jan) of Minneapolis, Minnesota and David Barrett (Tracy) of Dillsburg; and his grandchildren, Erin, Margo Taylor, Elizabeth, Katie Grace Barrett, Joshua, Christopher, Jonathan and Annika Barrett.
