She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Chapman Burleigh and Charles Devine; her stepfather Casey Burleigh; and her siblings, William Chapman and Amy Jo Burleigh.
She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Jason Pattison (Jessica) of Youngsville, Stephen Jr. of Youngsville, Sara Pattison (David Gorniak) of Youngsville and Amanda Proctor (David Leonardo) of Grand Valley; her grandson Jason Pattison Jr. (Isadora); and her sisters, Vicki Mason (Ric) of Youngsville, Sharon Crick (Dave Huber) of Youngsville, Diane Williams (Gerry) and Susan Spetz of Grand Valley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
