He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Allen and Allene Trussler Allen; his wife Patsy Anthony; and his brothers, Marshall and Ronald Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Scottie Allen of Grand Valley, Brian Allen of Kempton, PA and Kelly Kimmell (Cameron) of Ligonier, PA; his grandchildren, Tyler Kimmell, Brianna Allen, Raina Allen and Braiden Allen; and his siblings, Kevin Allen (Emma) of Warren, Craig Allen (Roxanne) of Warren, Martha Povakol (Francis) of Cincinnati, OH, Margo Wilson of Albion, PA and Korrine Allen of Albion, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorials be made to the American Heart Association or to any local veteran's organization.
