He was predeceased by: his father Irvine Vanderhoof; his wife Susan Marie Motter-Hetrick; his son Matthew Hetrick; his granddaughter Trisha Watson; and his siblings, Mary Miller, Karen Sherwood, Leonard Hetrick, Gale Hetrick and Carol Huff.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Hetrick-Jenckes of Harrisburg, NC., Carrie Hetrick-Mangione (Joseph) of Warren, PA and Craig Hetrick (Sparkie Lyszaz) of Tidioute, PA; his grandchildren, Madeline Hetrick, Matthew Ristau, Domenic Mangione and Sofia Mangione; his siblings, David Hetrick, Nancy Gibson, Judy Wright, Cheryl Hetrick, Charlene Dunnewold and Carla Fisher; and his pet Tramp.
