He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin A. Van Cise Sr. and Helen Eggleston Loker. He is survived by: his wife Diana Wright; his children, Teresa Horta (Larry) of El Campo, TX, Todd Van Cise (Tina) of Grand Valley, Matt Van Cise (Cathie) of Brookville and Amanda Facchine (Chris) of Weedville; and his siblings, Dana Van Cise (Ann) of Julian, PA, Craig Loker of Titusville, Gloria Frank of Mesa, AZ, Vanessa Nations of St. Clair, MO and Dreama Watta (Jim) of Indiana, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
