She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Mathews and Alice Mathews (Cleaver); her husband William J. McCartney Sr.; her son Charles'Buddy'Ray McCartney; her great grandchild Carter McCartney; and her siblings, Janet Hall and Ray Mathews.
She is survived by: her children, William McCartney Jr. (Edie) of Treasure Lake, Bruce McCartney (Gwen) of Kerrmoor, LuAnn Aughenbaugh (James) of Curwensville and Keith McCartney (Lisa) of DuBois; her grandchildren, Jerry McCartney (Tina), Mike McCartney, Amanda Harris (Dan), Amy McCartney (Dave McCombs), Alicia Holland (Rob), Travis Aughenbaugh (Dodie), Joshua McCartney (Becki) and Nicole Gallagher (Joe); and her sisters, Edie Levin of Glen Richey and Bertie Madera. She is also survived by twenty five great grandchildren; two great great grandsons.
