With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Butler (Grampian, Pennsylvania), born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Clair E. Butler; his daughter-in-law Catherine Michaels Butler; his siblings-in-law, Patty McCall Neeper, James Bonsall and Thomas Barr; and his nephews, Ronald Butler Jr. and Kevin Bonsall.
He is survived by: his parent Kathryn Marshall Butler; his spouse Betty McCall of Stronach; his sons, Thomas Butler (Lisa) of Bellefonte and Robert Butler of Grampian; his grandchildren, Rhett Butler (Kathryn) of Virginia, Gail Butler Varaly (Jonas) of South Carolina, Erin Butler Smith (Jeff) of York, Leigh Butler, Marat Tomaev of Hershey, Tania Butler and Andrew Himes of Reynoldsville; his brother Ronald Butler (Helen) of Stronach; and also, Gail McCall Bonsall, Judy McCall Freeman (William), Wayne Neeper, Sonya McCall Barr, George and Buddy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Grampian Penn Bloom Volunteer Fire Company, care of GPB Fire Company, PO Box C, 251 Main Street, Grampian, PA 16838.
