He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jay and Rita Mary Armagost (Diehl); his wife Beverly R. Zeth; his sister Mary Beth Phillips (Armagost); and his stepson Paul Zeth (Vicky).
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Young (late William) and Rick Armagost (Tracy); his nieces and nephews, Jerry Phillips Jr., William J. Young (Sara), Tanis Snyder (Michael) and Janis Young (Don Martin); his stepchildren, Ricky McCulloch (Patty), Randy McCulloch and Barbara Diehl (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Brandon Zeth (Danette), Gale Johnsonbaugh (Rex), Danell Grager, Chelsea Diehl, Lauren Diehl, Keria McCulloch and Jeffrey McCulloch. He is also survived by friends and family.
Memorials may be given to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Newry, or to the American Cancer Society.
