She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence 'Bud' and Ida Mae Thomas (Thompson). She is survived by: her husband John 'Bob R. Mathews III; her daughters, Robin Lumadue (Bill) of Mahaffey and Alison Logan (John) of Grampian; her grandsons, Branden Logan of DuBois, Rance Logan of Grampian and Colt Logan (Bailey Smith) of Clearfield; her great grandchildren, Scarlet LeFort of Clearfield, Sebastian LeFort of Clearfield, Dominic Logan of Clearfield, Zayn Logan of Clearfield and Eli Logan of Clearfield; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Ireland (Clair) of Curwensville, Clarence 'Buddy Thomas of Clearfield and Roger Thomas (Darlene Schall) of Clearfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
