With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Weisgarber of Grampian, Pennsylvania, born in Curwensville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 25, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Weisgarber and Eliza B. Weisgarber (Derrick); his former wives, Lucianna 'Lucy Battistella and Ann Howatt; his wife Virginia Hess Rea; his children, Robert M. Weisgarber (Howatt) and Sharon Smith (Weisgarber); his stepdaughter Judy London (Rea); his great grandchild Shae Bloom; and his brother Frederick Weisgarber.
He is survived by: his children, John Weisgarber, Jr. (Sharon) of Curwensville, Dennis Weisgarber (Tammy) of Curwensville and Kelly Hlavsa (Chris) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Melisa Bloom (Shawn) of Grampian, Dustin of Phoenix, AZ, Brandon of Phoenix, AZ, CJ Hlavsa of Phoenix, AZ, Robbie and Calvin Smith; his great grandchild Cross Bloom of Grampian; his sister Mary M. McKenna; and his stepchildren, Coleen Luzier (Rea) and Ron Rea.
