It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Smalley of Grampian, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy H. Rachau and Doris M. "Kerstetter" Rachau; and her son Jeremy Lee Boone. She is survived by: her daughter Brooke Jodon (Todd) of Spring Mills; her brother David M. Rachau of Spring Mills; her grandchildren, Connor Lee and Kaitlyn Marie Jodon; her cousin Tony Foltz (Robin) of Coburn; and also, Shaunnah, Emilye and Jon Foltz.
