She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde "Kitty" Hepburn and Ida Hepburn (Price); her grandson Kevin Johnson; and her siblings, Joe, Don, Ray, Jim, Barbara Henry and Ruth Rafferty.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward F. Johnson (Linda) of Grampian and Fred T. Johnson (Becky) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Kenneth Johnson (Tammy Tubbs) of Grampian, Derek Johnson (Hilary) of Portland, OR. and Laura Bowman (Jesse) of Olanta, PA.; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Landon and Lennon Bowman.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
