It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Johnston of Grampian, Pennsylvania, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnston and Calista Johnston (Gardner); and his brother William. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Bowes (David) of Northeast and Jamie Wilsoncroft (Robert Jr.) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Kristin, Kacey Bowes, Kimberly and James Wilsoncroft; his close friend Linda Henry of Grampian; his grandchildren, Megan, Danielle, Mason, Brenna, Jameson and Emmi; his siblings, Phyllis Addleman (Charles) of Clearfield, Sylvia Mitchell (Louis) of Clearfield, Bob Johnston (Cheryl) of Clearfield, Doreen Harris (Thomas) of Olanta, Mark Johnston (Diane) of Mineral Springs and John Johnston (Barbara) of Lumber City; and also, Chad Henry (Sheila) of Casper, WY and Jason Henry (Erica) of Burgettstown.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Friends Cemetery or the Bloomington Cemetery.
