He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Mileski and Anne Mileski (Risko); and his spouse Margaret Mileski. He is survived by: his sons, Henry E. Mileski II, DuBois, Matthew J. Mileski, Grampian Mileski, Paul A. Mileski (Megan) and Reynoldsville; and his grandchildren, Annie, Elizabeth, Phineas, Paul R. and Jane D. Mileski.
