He is survived by: his wife Carol Fontenoy Duckett; his children, Gary Duckett (Kellie) of Georgetown, DE and Lori Barrett (Don) of Grampian, PA.; his siblings, Gerald Duckett (Shelby), Judy Graham, Ron Duckett (Linda), Linda Milligan (Ed), Mike Duckett (Sue), Debbie Hepburn (Gary), Scott Duckett (Kem) and Kim Swatsworth (Todd); and his sister-in-law Patricia Duckett.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donors choice.
